long solo cross country flight put off, again...

i was going to make my long solo cross country flight today, however, the limited visability due to haze in the LA area and south over OC kept me grounded. this is really the only flying i need to do to finish up my requirements.

here is what i have planned...

as you can see from this flight plan (generated by software i downloaded, which is super nifty, it even adjusts flying times and downloads faa weather, etc)... ill depart heading south east, pick up socal radar advisory (ATC), and head south-east over towards el toro. from el toro turn just about east over to french valley, this is the same flight i did on 21 July 2006.

perhaps tomorrow will provide better weather and visability. stay tuned!

Good luck on getting to do it today!
